Hi, I am America. I am a moron. What is your name?

Way to go senate, hor and w. Thanks for putting your hands in the middle of something you have no business touching. I am going to vegas next week. If I lose all my money because I am an idiot and did not realize that the house always wins and that it was my choice to bet all my money, will you fix it for me? I know I should have known better, read the odds, realized that losing a bet means losing money, but what they heck, it will be fun. If i cry loud enough, someone will help me when I lose everything.
Seriously you are going to spend 300 billion to bail everyone out because they made poor choices. Um lets see, where could that 300 billion go to? Maybe schools, healthcare, the poor. That sounds like a good idea. No, instead lets give money to John Doe, that bought a house for 400,000, will no income verification, makes 30,000, has a credit score of 530, and only qualified for ARM and does not understand what “ADJUSTABLE” means. My kid is only 2 weeks old, bet he knows what ADJUSTABLE means. Where else in the world can you make a stupid financial investment and get bailed out because you were so stupid. Gotta love this country.
Final point. The government is going to help all these people out, but someone with cancer is forced to file bankruptcy because of medical bills. Not right.
I hate inflation, and I hate all of you.

Amen brother.. I couldn’t agree more. Anyone that is stupid enough to think they could afford a 400k house making only 30k a year should be living in an apartment complex, called Captiva Club.
Although I did hear some of the specifics of the bill and people need to ask for this help from the lenders and when granted the back payments are rolled into their existing mortgage. So I’m hoping that is how they plan on paying for this entire bill, or else it’s going to fall on the shoulders of everyone else that can pay their bills and knows how to manage money.

Yes, they did get the specifics of the bill right. It really is not a completely free hand out. The lender has to approve it, if you sell your house, FHA gets 100% of the profits and that keeps going down the longer you own the home, you need to show you are an idiot and cannot pay etc.
