I am apparently living in a 60 year olds body. I struggle to get into my car, my chair, out of the couch, off the pot, wipe my own ass.. It all started the other day when I was getting ready for my baseball game. I was all set to leave when I grabbed my hat and tried putting it on my head. I guess my head has gained about 10 lbs. since the last time wore a hat, so I snugged down on my hat, straining my neck in the process. I had about a 60 degree range of motion with my neck..

It was painful just to look over my shoulder while back up outta the driveway. When I got the field and started playing catch I couldn’t look away from my targert, cause when I looked away then turned back it was painful. I pitched 5 innings just staring at the catcher, couldn’t look away. I went home and used a hot pack the rest of the night just laying there. When my alarm went off the next morning, I usually jump right up and turn it off.. well I tried that and almost paralyzed myself. I popped a couple advil and went off to work.

So today it’s a little better but I still feel like my entire body is in a body cast. I really need to start exercising again, or else I’m going to be like 75 in a couple of years.
