Near Death Experience

Today we ran the infamous 300 yard shuttle.. TWICE! This consists of 2 cones that are 60 yards apart, so you have to run back and forth fives times. We have to run it twice and average a time of 54 seconds, I believe. In the past we have run this before but had a little more time and then last year we ran 4 200 yard “gassers” as they are

ETD 3 Hours

Well I’m in the process of packing everything up and getting set to leave for Melbourne in about 3 hours. Going to check into the glorious Imperial Hotel tonight and then it all starts with physicals and some testing tomorrow morning. I’m going into this year with the same excitement as I did last year and am really looking forward to what this year will

Saints Sweep Opener

The St. Scholastica Saints won their season opening series by scores of 12-1 and 7-5. Congrats to Coach and all of his minion coaches and the entire team. I’m anxious to see how this season goes. I have heard a lot of good things from everyone so far. I think it’s time to make a stand at the World Series and start a new tradition in Duluth - National

Props to Tommy and Kim

I would just like to give some respect to Tommy and Kim for their awesome job on the CSSBaseball.com website. It’s about time the Saints got a very professional website and I think the work they put into it really shows. St. Scholastica apparently loves their 1990’s website templates and the Baseball program, like with everything else at that school, shouldn’t fit into that mold. I can only imagine how excited Coach is about having such a great resource to show recruits and also for a way to keep parents in the loop as
